The entity operates as a startup incubator and innovation hub and its mission is to empower visionary entrepreneurs, equipping them with the tools, resources, and guidance needed to navigate the complex startup landscape, disrupt their respective sectors and create lasting impact.

Basecamp Internship Programme

The Basecamp Internship Programme offers motivated and dynamic individuals an exciting 6-month, paid internship and an opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant Namibian ecosystem of startups and innovation.

As an intern at Basecamp, candidates engage in a variety of tasks and projects that are critical to the development and support of Basecamp’s incubates. The role is ideal for those who are passionate about entrepreneurship development, data analysis, business administration, and finance.
