Innovation in developing economies is critical for creating jobs and addressing social challenges, and startups fuel entrepreneurial innovation. Establishing capacity for innovation can also serve as a catalyst for societal and economic growth.
A theory of change (TOC) is a method that explains how a given intervention, or set of interventions, is expected to lead to specific development change, drawing on a causal analysis based on available evidence (Theory of Change UNDAF Companion Guidance, June 2017).
